The following services are provided to the resident by Covenant Manor and are included in the resident's base monthly rental fee* as stated in the Lease Agreement:

Three meals daily plus snacks- We pride ourselves on our delicious meals and strive to serve the highest quality food that is both nutritious and enjoyable to the residents. Most items are cooked from scratch and low sodium meals are routinely served.

Emergency/Security Pendant- This small portable device enables the resident to notify personnel they need assistance from any location in the building. All bathrooms are equipped with a pull-cord alert system.

Twenty-four hour personal assistance- We assist residents in every activity of daily living they may require help with (bathing, dressing, nail care, etc.). However, we strive to promote independence and do encourage the residents to do for themselves as much as possible.

Assistance with self-administered medications- We keep a daily schedule of each resident's medications and assist them in taking their medication.

Full laundry/linen/housekeeping service- All bedding and towels are supplied to the residents. Weekly laundering of their personal clothing and room cleaning are performed.

House telephone usage- House phones are freely available to the residents to both make and receive calls.

House cable TV access- Covenant Manor is furnished with four television sets with cable channels.

Cable and telephone-ready bedrooms- All bedrooms are equipped for residents to have privately paid cable TV and/or telephones installed

• Weekly non-denominational devotional studies

*Special Care/Special Dietary Requirements- Additional fees may be assessed for providing supplementary care beyond what is considered standard care (ex: additional laundry, linen changes and/or housekeeping, incontinent bladder or bowel care, diabetes care, etc.). A small fee may be assessed for calorie restricted diabetic diets or other special diets. Please see Level of Care definitions in the Lease Agreement for further information.
